平成3年町指定史跡。約1500年前の豪族の墓で、南北500m、東西300mの広大な前方後円墳3期を含めた、計20基からなる目沼古墳群のひとつです。
Historic site designated by the town in Heisei 3. It is a tomb of a ruling family from about 1500 years ago, and is one of the Menuma Kofun Group consisting of a total of 20 tombs, including the three large keyhole-shaped mounds of 500 meters from north to south and 300 meters from east to west.
