湯前町出身の政治風刺漫画家である故・那須良輔氏の偉業を保存・展示しようと開館。地元産の杉と檜を使用した木造建築で入り口の上部がせり出した庇を特徴とする木構造。企画展示、全国公募の風刺漫画コンクールも好評。
The museum was opened to preserve and exhibit the feats of the late Nasu Ryosuke, a political caricaturist from Yunomae Town. It is a wooden structure using locally grown cedar and cypress, and features a wooden structure with an eaves protruding from the top of the entrance. The special exhibition and the national public competition for satirical comics are also popular.
