男鹿半島に建つ水族館。秋田県の県魚ハタハタやゴマフアザラシ、ペンギンをはじめ約400種、1万点の生き物が展示されており、なかでも男鹿の海で春から夏にかけてみられる生き物を展示している「男鹿の海大水槽」は、水量800tの水槽の中で約40種2000匹もの生き物の姿を見ることができます。
