熊野那智神社の参道入り口に建つ遥拝所（その方角に向って参拝するために設けられた場所）。熊野那智神社への上りが難しい方はこちらでご参拝ください。置かれている五方の辻碑は、5つの古道が合流し分岐する要所であったことを示しています。
A place of worship built at the entrance of the approach to Kumano Nachi Shrine (a place set up to worship in that direction). If you have trouble climbing to Kumano Nachi Shrine, please visit here. The five-sided Tsuji monument that has been placed shows that it was a key point where the five ancient roads merged and branched.
