じっくりと炊き上げた白あんをカステラ生地で包み込んで焼き上げた菓子。大正11年創業大洲三大銘菓のひとつ。
A confectionary made by wrapping slowly cooked white bean paste in castella dough and baking it. Established in Taisho 11, it is one of Ozu's top three famous confectionaries.
