1920年代にシベリアで救出されたポーランド孤児、1940年代にはナチスドイツの手から逃れたユダヤ人難民が、リトアニア・カウナスの領事代理杉原千畝氏が発給した「命のビザJを握りしめ、敦賀港に上陸したことに関連した展示を行っています。
There is an exhibition related to Polish orphans rescued in Siberia in the 1920s, and Jewish refugees who escaped from the hands of Nazi Germany in the 1940s holding the “Visa for Life J” issued by acting consul Sugihara Chiune of Kaunas, Lithuania, and landing at Tsuruga Port.
