アクアトピア（親水都市）として国から認定を受ける西条市。湧き水・観音水から陣屋跡堀間のアクアルートには木の道標が点在する。
Saijo City is certified by the government as an aquatopia (hydrophilic city). There are wooden signposts scattered along the aqua route between spring water and Kannon water to Jinya ruins and moat.
