明治9年（1876年）、「馬車道」の完成を祝って建てられた「馬車道修築碑」があります。周辺をミニパークとして整備し、花壇やベンチなどを設置しています。
There is a “Bashamichi Repair Monument” built in Meiji 9 (1876) to celebrate the completion of the “Bashamichi.” The surrounding area has been developed as a mini park, and flower beds and benches have been set up.
