自販機やトイレが利用できます。廃校となった塙町立那倉小学校を改築し、平成16年4月に開館しました。2階の常設展示室には、塙町出身の画伯、杉三郎氏と書家、鈴木清水氏の作品を展示しています。
You can use vending machines and toilets. The closed Hanawa Municipal Nakura Elementary School was renovated and opened in April 2004. In the permanent exhibition room on the 2nd floor, works by the painter Sugisaburo from Hanawa-machi and calligrapher Suzuki Shimizu are on display.
