毎年10月第三日曜日に岡山県三大祭りのうちの一つ「加茂大祭」が行われる神社。境内には樹齢約600年前後もの巨木が並んでおり神聖な雰囲気が醸し出されています。総社宮前のお祭り会館にて加茂大祭を紹介、展示しています。
This shrine holds the “Kamo Taisai,” one of the three major festivals in Okayama Prefecture, on the 3rd Sunday of October every year. Giant trees that are around 600 years old are lined up in the precincts, creating a sacred atmosphere. The Kamo Grand Festival is introduced and exhibited at the festival hall in front of Soja Palace.
