10月中旬から下旬にかけて施設の目の前にある荒川河川敷に様々な品種のコスモスが咲きほこる。コスモスが咲く先には赤いアーチが目を引く日本一長い水管橋があり、素晴らしい景観が広がる。また、5月には日本一のポピー畑の吹上会場としてポピー、麦ナデシコも植えられ春と秋には毎年訪れたい人気スポットだ

From mid-October to late October, various types of cosmos bloom on the Arakawa riverbed right in front of the facility. At the end where cosmos bloom, there is the longest aqueduct bridge in Japan with an eye-catching red arch, and a wonderful landscape spreads out. Also, in May, poppies and barberry plants are planted as the Fukiage venue for the number one poppy field in Japan, making it a popular spot you want to visit every year in spring and fall
