里美城ともいわれ、里見八犬伝で名高い古戦場跡です。江戸川を見下ろす眺めがすばらしい公園内には約300本の桜があり、4月には見事に咲き誇ります。
Also known as Satomi Castle, it is an old battlefield site famous for the Satomi Hakkenden. There are about 300 cherry trees in the park, which has a wonderful view overlooking the Edogawa River, and they bloom brilliantly in April.
