園内には多くの樹木が植えられており、中でも桜は全国の「さくら名所100選」に選定されるほどの見事さです。また園内には、日本最大級のアスレチックコースや総面積70,000平方メートルの規模を誇る最大級のフラワーガーデン「花ファンタジア」もあり、約700種の花々が四季を彩ります。
