宍粟市山崎町与位にある洞門。「下乢の奇岩(しもほきのきがん)」と呼ばれる、揖保川に面する絶壁に続く岩のトンネル。かつて宍粟の奥地へと向う際の難所として知られていた場所に明治36年頃、洞門が掘られたそう。
A cave located in Yamazaki-cho, Shiso. A rock tunnel leading to a cliff facing the Ibo River, called “Shimohoki no Kigan (Shimohoki no Kigan).” It seems that a cave was dug around Meiji 36 in a place that was once known as a difficult place when heading to the hinterland of Shiso.
