神社境内では、20ｍを超えるご神体の巨大な岩が神社の建物に寄り添うように佇む圧巻の光景がみられます。この大岩は、数万年前に近隣の山の山頂付近が崩れて落ちてきたものと考えられています。このような岩の塊は、ここ以外に勝山市や大野市内でもしばしば目にすることができます。
In the precincts of the shrine, you can see a spectacular sight where a huge rock over 20 meters tall stands close to the shrine building. This large rock is thought to have fallen tens of thousands of years ago when the area near the summit of a nearby mountain collapsed. Other than here, such boulders can often be seen in Katsuyama City and Ono City.
