国道２９号沿いに位置し、若桜鉄道の終着駅・若桜駅に隣接する全国でも珍しい道の駅。農産品・畜産品・ジビエ肉加工品等、特色のある産物を販売。また、町内の特産物を使った「レストラン２９」を併設。

It is located along National Route 29, and is a rare roadside station in the whole country next to Wakasa Station, the terminal station of the Wakasa Railway. We sell unique products such as agricultural products, livestock products, processed game meat products, etc. Also, there is a “restaurant 29,” which uses local specialties from the town.
