甲府盆地を眼下に望む高台にある公園。高さ33メートルの展望塔があり、富士山や南アルプス、八ヶ岳連峰が一望できます。25,000平方メートルの芝生広場をはじめ、木製遊具や石の滑り台、水遊びで人気の噴水などが整備されていて、足に衝撃の少ないゴムチップウレタン舗装をした園路なども設けられています。春には桜の他、色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中でも芝桜は長く楽しむことができます。秋には園内の木々が赤や黄色に色づき、美しい紅葉の景色も見られます。
This park is located on a hill overlooking the Kofu Basin. There is a 33-meter-high observation tower, and you can enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, the Southern Alps, and the Yatsugatake mountain range. Starting with a 25,000-square-meter lawn, there are wooden playground equipment, stone slides, fountains popular for water play, etc., and there are also garden paths paved with rubber-chip urethane that has little impact on the feet. In spring, in addition to cherry blossoms, colorful flowers bloom profusely, and moss phlox can be enjoyed for a long time. In the fall, the trees in the park turn red and yellow, and you can also see beautiful scenery of fall foliage.
