人吉・球磨盆地の絶景を一望できる展望所。冬の霧が濃い日には雲海も見ることができる（１１月～２月）。毎年１１月にはスカイスポーツのイベントが開催され、スカイスポーツファンからも注目の公園。他にも草スキーやキャンプも楽しめる。
An observatory where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Hitoyoshi/Kuma basin. On days with heavy winter fog, you can also see a sea of clouds (November to February). Sky sports events are held every November, and the park attracts attention from sky sports fans. Other than that, you can also enjoy grass skiing and camping.
