This is an optional route to Katsura Lake (Sakaigawa Dam) on the border between Toyama and Gifu prefectures. The “Uchikoshi Tunnel” in front of Lake Katsura is narrow and the road surface is wet and dark, so it's a good idea to go to Lake Katsura by car and enjoy lakeside cycling. If you go by bicycle, wear front and rear lights, reflective vests, etc. You can get a dam card at the Lake Kwai Visitor Center
