室町時代後期（永正10年）に建てられた、高さ194cmの灯ろう型の塔。
かつて中町公民館敷地内に地蔵院があったことを物語っています。
六体の地蔵が彫られ、「永正十」年（1513）の年号も刻まれています。
堂々としたなかにも美しい姿をしており、県内にある石幢の中でもトップクラスの美しさです。
A 194-cm tall lantern-shaped tower built in the late Muromachi period (Eisho 10).
It tells the story that there used to be Jizo-in Temple on the grounds of the Nakamachi Community Center.
Six Jizo statues have been carved, and the name “Eisho 10” (1513) is also engraved.
It has an imposing yet beautiful appearance, and is one of the most beautiful stone buildings in the prefecture.
