かつて石灰産業で栄えた明浜地域の石灰を使って焼く焼き芋。水分が飛ぶことで通常のものより甘さが凝縮され絶品だと評判。
Roasted sweet potatoes are made using lime from the Akehama region, which once flourished in the lime industry. As moisture is removed, the sweetness is condensed more than normal, and it is reputed to be excellent.
