コースの折り返し地点となる県道45号佐渡一周線の終点付近、小木半島突端の沢崎鼻に建つ灯台。24.2mを超える佐渡一の塔高で島の南西端の海を守ります。灯台の下には海底火山の噴火で形成された枕状溶岩が広がり、勇壮な日本海の風景を演出しています。
A lighthouse built in Sawasakibana at the tip of the Ogi Peninsula near the end of the Prefectural Route 45 Sado Circuit, which is the turnaround point of the course. The tallest tower in Sado is over 24.2 meters and protects the ocean at the southwestern tip of the island. Pillow-shaped lava formed by the eruption of an undersea volcano spreads out below the lighthouse, creating a brave landscape of the Sea of Japan.
