A lighthouse built at the tip of Tsurugizaki, which has been designated as one of Kanagawa's 50 Scenic Spots. Since it is located at the southeastern end of the Miura Peninsula, it is opposite the lighthouse in Tateyama on the Boso Peninsula on the opposite bank, and it still serves as a boundary between Tokyo Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The first generation collapsed due to the Great Kanto Earthquake, and now it is the second generation.
