枝垂桜やつつじが迎えてくれます。「宗泉寺のカヤ」と呼ばれるカヤの古木、高床式の鐘楼も見どころ。
天文19年（1550）天寧寺四世説翁星訓を開山とし、師岡山城守将景が開基し創建しました。
Weeping cherry blossoms and azaleas welcome you. An old kaya tree called the “Kaya of Sosenji Temple,” and the stilled bell tower are also highlights.
It was founded and built in Tenmon 19 (1550), with Tenneiji IV theory Ono Seikun as the founder, and Morookayama Castle Governor Masakage.
