旧街道「銀の馬車道」沿いに地域交流施設としてイタリア料理を提供するお店。イタリア語で「我が家」を意味するLa mia casaは何より手作り薪窯で焼くピザが自慢。不思議とイタリア料理がしっくりくる古民家でいただくピザやパスタには、シェフこだわりの手作りベーコンや地元野菜を使用。
A restaurant serving Italian food as a regional exchange facility along the old highway “Gin no Bashamichi.” Above all else, La mia casa, which means “home” in Italian, is proud of its pizza baked in a handmade wood-fired oven. Strangely enough, Italian cuisine is perfect for pizza and pasta served at an old folk house, using handmade bacon and local vegetables that the chef is particular about.
