揖保川のほとり、旧城下町の宍粟市山崎町に江戸期天保8年に創業。「播州地域の良質の米・水・環境を使い、地酒本来の持つ良さを大切に醸したお酒をどうぞ…」という思いを込めて名付けた「播州一献(ばんしゅういっこん)」にファン多数。
It was founded in Tenpo 8 during the Edo period in the old castle town of Yamazaki-cho, Shiso, on the banks of the Ibo River. There are many fans of “Banshu Ikken (Banshu Ikkun),” which was named with the thought “Please enjoy sake brewed with care for the original goodness of local sake using high-quality rice, water, and the environment of the Banshu region...”
