菊池の新しいご当地グルメ。今までの丼から進化したこだわりの丼を作ろうと、市内の各店の料理人が奮闘しました。普通に食べる丼、裏返しにして食べる「どんでん返し」があり、ちょっとうれしいサプライズです。
Kikuchi's new local cuisine. Chefs from various restaurants in the city struggled to make special rice bowls that evolved from rice bowls up until now. There is a bowl that is eaten normally, and a “douden twist” that is eaten upside down, which is a bit of a nice surprise.
