風速10m/s以上の風が年間260日以上吹く日本屈指の強風地帯に建つ風のテーマ館。望遠鏡でゼニガタアザラシを眺めることができます。
A wind theme hall built in one of Japan's strongest wind zones, where winds with a wind speed of 10 m/s or more blow for at least 260 days a year. You can look at harbor seals with a telescope.
