“Fry” in Gyoda is a local gourmet dish where flour is dissolved in water, grilled thinly on an iron plate, added ingredients such as green onions, meat, eggs, etc., and eaten with sauce or soy sauce of your choice. It was a footbag factory that reached its heyday in the early Showa period, and it was a big hit with working female workers, and the number of stores that sold it increased and became established. Even now, there are over 30 stores operating in the city.
