春から晩秋まで楽しめる高低差の少ない“らくらく”コース。仁科三湖のうち中綱湖と青木湖を周回するコース。誰でも手軽に走れるコースで、夏でも涼しい緑のトンネルや、透明な青木湖の湖面は素晴らしいの一言。距離も短いので、どんな自転車でも楽しめる。中綱湖は周囲約2kmと小さな湖で、南端に無料駐車場がある。春にオオヤマザクラが湖面をピンクに染める様は写真愛好家にも人気。ハート型の青木湖は、透明度が抜群で、春はオオヤマザクラ、夏は深緑、秋は紅葉、冬は渡り鳥の飛来など、四季の変化に富んだ姿を見せてくれる。夏の夜、湖上のホタルや星を鑑賞するツアーも人気。基点の青木湖キャンプ場&アドベンチャークラブでMTBや電動アシスト付自転車などのレンタルもできる。

An “easy” course with few differences in elevation that can be enjoyed from spring to late fall. A course that goes around Lake Nakatsuna and Lake Aoki out of the three Nishina lakes. It's an easy course for anyone to run, and the cool green tunnel even in summer and the transparent surface of Lake Aoki are amazing. The distance is also short, so any bike can be enjoyed. Lake Nakatsuna is a small lake with a circumference of about 2 km, and there is a free parking lot at the southern end. The way Oyama cherry blossoms dye the surface of the lake pink in spring is popular among photography enthusiasts. The heart-shaped Lake Aoki has excellent transparency, and shows a variety of seasons, such as cherry blossoms in spring, deep green in summer, red leaves in fall, and migratory birds in winter. On summer nights, tours to admire fireflies and stars on the lake are also popular. You can also rent MTBs and electrically assisted bicycles at the Aokiko Campground & Adventure Club, which is the base point.
