歴史情緒あるまち並みの「盛岡市」や、詩人・童話作家として有名な宮沢賢治の故郷「花巻市」を巡ることができます。奥羽山脈の雄峰を湖面に映し出す「御所湖」「錦秋湖」や、約2kmに渡る渓谷「厳美渓」を散策し、走ったあとは、「つなぎ温泉」「花巻温泉郷」「湯田温泉峡」などの個性豊かな温泉郷と岩手県を代表するグルメ「前沢牛」「盛岡三大麺」で心も身体も満たされるルートです。

You can visit “Morioka City,” which has a historic atmosphere, and “Hanamaki City,” the hometown of Kenji Miyazawa, famous as a poet and children's story writer. After walking and running through “Lake Gosho” and “Lake Kinshu,” which projects the Owa Mountains on the surface of the lake, and the valley “Genbikei,” which spans about 2 km, it is a route that satisfies both mind and body with unique hot springs such as “Tsunagi Onsen,” “Hanamaki Hot Spring Village,” and “Yuda Onsen Gorge,” and the gourmet “Maezawa beef” and “Morioka three major noodles” representing Iwate Prefecture.
